Log in to your PayPal business account as the primary user.
Click the user icon.
Under Account access, select Update from Manage Users.
Click Add User.
Enter details below, then click Continue.

User ID: Balancetax<your first name or your business name>

Under Choose Permissions, select Access reports and See Activity. Then click Continue.
