Step By Step Guide:
Log in to your Reckon portal.
On the left-side navigation select My Products and then Reckon One.
Click on the three vertical dots (
), select Share with..., then choose User.
Add diana@balancetaxonline.com.au as the email address, then click Next. Select Administrator for permission. Then, Save.
