Step By Step Guide:
👉Total Sales by Order Report
To generate a detailed sales report on Shopify, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your Shopify account.
Select Analytics and then Reports.
Choose Total Sales by Order. Then change the Date Range from the specific period we need.
Then select Export - all done!
👉Total Sales by Billing Location Report
To generate a detailed sales report on Shopify, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your Shopify account.
Select Analytics and then Reports.
Choose Total Sales by Billing Location. Then change the Date Range from the specific period we need.
Then select Export - all done!
👉Finance Summary Report
Also, another report we need will be the Finances summary:
Log in to your Shopify account.
Select Analytics and then Reports.
Choose Finance Summary. Then change the Date Range from the specific period we need.

👉Payouts Report
Log in to your Shopify account.
Select Settings.
Choose Payments.
Then Create a New View
Filter by Payout Date from the specific period we need. Click Export.
Then choose Current Page and Export as CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs - all done! (If there are multiple pages, please follow the Step #5 to all the pages.)
