How do I give Balance Tax the Collaborator Request Code and where can I find it?

For us to invite you to add us as Shopify Partner, we need a collaborator request code. You can find your 4 digit access code by following the steps below:

Go to your Shopify store admin and select Settings.
Under Users and Permissions, go to Collaborators. There's your code!
Copy the code using the icon and share it with us thru email.

Why does Balance Tax need access to my Shopify account?

Now, you might be wondering why we need access to your Shopify account. Well, we need access to run reports so we can double-check amounts and fees to compare with your Xero file. Without this access, we won’t be able to perform these checks.

Will adding Balance Tax as a Shopify Partner affect my user license quota?

No worries! Adding us as a Shopify Partner won’t count towards your user license quota. We will only access the Reports section and no changes to anything else in your account, promise! 😊
